Started April 18, 2015 in owner Cory Shollenberger's little kitchen with a one gallon brew kit purchased from Brooklyn Brew Shop. That first beer, appropriately called Batch #1, was an Everyday IPA. We continue to brew in one gallon batches with aspirations of brewing larger, but without the time, money or space to do it, they're still only dreams. Wait... We're up to two gallon batches! Progress!
